Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, giving you 90 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Return shipping to our UK facility is the customer's responsibility.

To start a return, please email us at luxcoveskin@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased with gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
