Free Worldwide Shipping
You don't need to worry about shipping fees, as Lux Cove covers them for you at checkout. We work with reliable logistics partners to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 3 to 5 working days - FREE
- United States: 3 to 7 working days - FREE
- Rest of the world: 3 to 7 working days - FREE
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may change due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
Once a packing slip is created, the order is being prepared for shipment. This does not necessarily mean it has already shipped, but at this point we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
If you need assistance, please contact us immediately at luxcoveskin@gmail.com and we will do our best to help if your order has not yet been processed.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Customs, Import Duties, and Importer of Record
By placing an order with Lux Cove, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record for your shipment. As the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
This includes, but is not limited to, the payment of any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges imposed by local authorities, as well as providing any information required by customs to release your order.
Customs charges and import fees are set by the destination country and are outside of Lux Cove's control. We are not able to predict their amount or prevent them from being applied.
If a shipment is delayed, returned, or abandoned because of unpaid customs charges or failure to comply with import requirements, Lux Cove cannot be held responsible, and such orders may not be eligible for a refund.
